Return Policy

You can begin a No-Question-Asked return within 2 days of the products delivery.

Note: We must receive the product in an unused and resalable condition. For returns, you are responsible for shipping the product to us.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then she needs to inform us within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.

Note: In case of exchange, customer is requested to send back the product along with the details like customer name and phone number.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery:

If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Policy

We normally dispatch all our orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Depending on the geographic location of the customer, it may take about 5 to 7 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
